Our Lavender Lemonade has become a White Star Ranch tradition and the heart of our Tuesday evening farm stand.

Made fresh each week in small batches, we slowly steep our organically grown Royal Velvet lavender to create a beautifully floral, refreshing lemonade that's unlike anything you'll find in a bottle. Light, crisp, and perfectly balanced, it's the drink that has become our customers' favorite way to cool off on a warm summer evening.
Every batch is handcrafted using our own farm-grown lavender because we believe the best things are worth making fresh.

But our lemonade is about more than what's in the cup.

It's about slowing down after a busy day, gathering with family and friends, walking through the lavender fields, visiting the horses, watching the sunset, and taking home a little piece of the ranch.
